Your role
As a Senior IT Consultant at Bluestage, you will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful digital transformation projects. You’ll take ownership of solution design, lead client alignment, and guide our implementation teams across complex, global IT landscapes. Your technical know-how and business mindset will be essential in building future-oriented IT architectures and enabling our clients to thrive.
You will
- Drive and lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions (CRM, ERP, SCM, etc.)
- Translate business goals into tailored customer journeys and scalable architectures
- Analyse current market trends and technology developments to inform smart, future-proof designs
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, while coaching junior consultants and guiding project delivery
- Lead diverse project teams across nearshore and offshore setups
- Lead Bluestage implementation teams both as leadership and hands-on
- Shape strategies that integrate business value with technical excellence across all implementation stages
You’ll make a difference at Bluestage if you
- Hold a Master’s or PhD in computer science, informatics, engineering, or business with a tech focus
- Have 4+ years of experience in IT consulting, including a leading role in enterprise transformation projects
- Have successfully led implementation teams and delivered complex, multi-stakeholder solutions
- Are fluent in key technologies and concepts such as CRM, ERP, AI, DevOps, Agile, or machine learning
- Have experience with platforms like Salesforce or similar enterprise tools (a strong plus)
- Are capable of structuring and communicating complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Thrive in a client-facing role and can independently drive and present key initiatives
- Are a strong communicator with excellent English skills (written and spoken)
